Agreement

By accessing or using ChefLeads (chefleads.app) and related services operated by PersonalChefApps, LLC, you agree to these terms. ChefLeads is a product of PersonalChefApps, LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

ChefLeads provides marketing tools, lead generation, and related software for personal chefs. Chef-facing features, client landing pages, and operator tools are provided on an as-available basis.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and landing pages. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, spam, misrepresentation, or to interfere with other users or the platform.

Fees and billing

Paid features, setup fees, and per-inquiry charges are described at signup or on your recruiting materials. Fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in writing.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee lead volume, conversion rates, or business outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be brought in the courts of Ohio.
